An afternoon in Cefalu , Sicily
Last year I was working in a hostel in Palermo, Sicily and I have some reccomendations on where to go if you are there. There are many great places to eat good Sicilian food and take in the sights. My favorite place in Siicly is a nearby town called Cefalu. It two hours by trian from Palerno Centrale station. I reccomend walking through the beautiful old sreets and grabbing a quick bite to eat. My favorite Sicilain Street food is aranchini, a fried rice ball with many different types of stuffing. I had one with swordfish that was delicious. After that, head straight to the beach and spend the afernoon tanning and swimming in the beautiful clear blue wáter. In the evening, go to the marina to see the sunset. In the plaza by the catedral, there are many nice resturants with live classical music. I reccomend visiting this beautiful town if you are visiting Sicily.
